Some more live dates have been added to the “On Tour” section for March and April.

Again it’s part of Neko Case’s band but Jon will also be the opening act on a number of the gigs.

Details, track listing etc have been posted about Jon’s new album “Steel Guitar Heart Attack” in the “On Disc” section of the site.

Along with an full track MP3 download taster of the new disc in the form of “Ballad of the Black Chihuahua” to whet your appetite, for March 13th when it’s released.

Also up are some more tour dates for parts of March & April.

Jon is back on the road for the New Year as part of the Neko Case band.

The latter part of January and just into February is on a five date Neko Case headlining tour of Australia.

Then in February the band is supporting Merle Haggard on a 4 date tour of the west coast of the U

Then the band have their own five date headline tour of the west coast states before ending up over on the easy coast with two shows in New York on the 23rd.

Jon has some tour dates with his band in the Northwest US – Bellingham, Seattle & Portland – coming up in December.

Appearing alongside The Handsome Family and the Sleepy Three on the first date then Jay Bennett and The Death Ships on the other two.

Just posted uop some more of those classic pics of Jon clearing up his gear after a gig. This time from the Oran Mor show in Glasgow on November the 8th.

Great show it was too, with Jon opening up for Neko with Paul Pigat & Kelly Hogan, as well as doing his day job.

Visqueen have had to cancel their appearances as the supporting act on the up coming Neko Case tour of the UK & Ireland so the new opening act will be Jon Rauhouse & Kelly Hogan.

This is for all shows except the November 1st gig at the Koko London, full details on the Tour page.

Also in the Tour section are a couple of pics from Jon’s recent gig at the Plush in Tuscon.

The last two dates that were “TBA” on the latest leg of Neko’s “Fox Confessor” tour have been finalised with November 3rd being at the “Clwb Ifor Bach ” in Cardiff and November 4th being at “National Centre for Early Music” in York.
