Number three with a bullet.

Neko Case’s new album “Middle Cyclone” made it’s debut on the Billboard Top 200 album chart at #3.

With sales of 44,000 it’s the highest debut on the chart for an artist not signed to a major label. Her highest previous position on the chart was 56 with “Fox Confessor Brings The Flood” in 2006.

You can see exactly why with a couple of free sample MP3 downloads – “Middle Cyclone” :: “People Got A Lotta Nerve

Great stuff.

Farewell Review CD available now

A message from Jon about the “Farewell Review” album he recently worked on…

You are now able to obtain the new “Farewell Review” CD from www.stinkweeds.com. This 7 song CD is rife with musical aplomb. Members Lukas Mathers and Lindsay Cates recruited myself, Mark Pickerel, and Jennifer Rauhouse to add to their musical hi-jinks. This is a recording well worth having if you enjoy music at all. Check them out at www.myspace.com/farewellreview
