He played on a few tracks including pedal steel on the album’s final track “Once I’m Dead” – It’s just acoustic guitar, pedal steel played by the ever-awesome Jon Rauhouse and my vocal Brendan Murphy

Jon and Rachel Flotard have donated their track “Hammered Light” to the digital section of the “Luz de Vida” album.

Well playing the pedal steel, banjo, Hawaiian, standard guitar etc etc. There’s a certain person fits right in with having both a broad skill and mind set.

Well the dates are still going ahead but Jon isn’t part of the band, so I’ve taken them down. You can get the information from Neko’s site, so get along and support great live music even if it is Rauhouseless

Jon has been hired, along with Tom V. Ray and Barry Mirochnick – Kelly Hogan and Paul Rigby are playing with Neko – by Jakob Dylan for his upcoming tours. So he’s currently rehearsing for those shows. I’ll get the dates up as soon as I get ‘em.

Neko band was going to take a bunch of time off so its great to be employed.

Jon has also uploaded a video of himself playing with Joey Burns & John Convertino (of Calexico) in Tacoma, which I’m just about to add to the site.
